Will Cedar Chips kill or repel insects?

Dr Killigan's Cedar Chips—specifically the oil and wood from the Eastern Red Cedar (Juniperus virginiana) that these shavings consist of —contain properties that are proven to repel insects like clothing moths, silverfish and cockroaches. They do not, however, kill them.

Where can I use cedarwood chips?

Dr. Killigan's Cedar Chips come in a handy canister that is designed for use pretty much anywhere!

Place them in your woolens drawer, your closet, inside a cupboard or pantry, storage bin, and anywhere you store clothing or other items susceptible to insect damage.

The small black canister will fit nearly anywhere, and the perforated top ensures maximum fragrance while preventing spills.
