Cancellations & Order Edits

If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, we can help!

Please note that our warehouse is quick to get your order on its way to you, and we have a short window to cancel or edit your order. The sooner you reach out, the better chance we’ll have of being able to catch your order before it’s handed off to the carrier.

Having said that, if we aren’t able to make the cancellation or adjustments before your order ships, we still want to make sure you are taken care of.

Once your order arrives, you can return or exchange an unwanted item:

Changing Your Address:

It happens to the best of us - you’ve placed an order and your payment method updated the shipping address without you noticing. Or your device auto-filled an old address. Or somehow you missed the street number. Don’t fear - we’ve got you!

As with other order edits, the sooner you reach out, the better chance we’ll have of updating the address. Once it’s shipped, though, we aren’t able to update it.

Here are some solutions:

  1. Reach out to the carrier. Some carriers are good at this, and can redirect your order mid-shipment. 
  2. Reach out to the tenant of that address. Do you still have access to the location it’s being shipped to? If so, the current residents, or a neighbor, may be able to help you get your order.
  3. Let us know. If all else fails, we still want to make sure you get your order. As a one-off courtesy, we can send you a replacement to the correct address. We do recommend double-checking your shipping address and updating your shipping address on all your payment methods, though, because any subsequent reshipments will require additional shipping payments.

Refunds

Refunds will be made back to the payment method that was used at the time of purchase. If you no longer have access to the payment method, you will need to contact your bank to have the funds transferred to your account.

Purchases on other Platforms

If you purchased your Dr Killigan’s product through another site, such as Amazon or Walmart, we are happy to assist you with any questions about the product and it’s use, best practice, and other related queries.

However, for concerns about shipping and tracking, damaged or defective items, or returns and exchanges, please contact the platform or site where you made the purchase, as they will be able to assist you.

Please remember that our 100% satisfaction guarantee still applies, so if you are unhappy with your resolution please contact us and we will assist you with a solution.
