Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Dr. Killigan's for your non-toxic, pest control needs. We are dedicated to creating high-quality, well-designed, effective pest control solutions to help you restore peace in your home.

Here are the order and shipping policies that we operate by. We hope that these give you greater confidence in your shopping experience with us.

Shipping

Shipping Costs: 

The standard, flat-rate shipping costs are as follows:

  • Orders over $49: FREE
  • Standard Shipping (Mainland USA, under $49): $8.97
  • Standard (outside of Mainland USA): $9.97
  • Expedited Shipping: $19.97

*Please note that we do not ship outside of the USA at this time. Residents of the UK and other European countries can purchase a limited number of our products on Amazon UK.

Shipping Times:

Orders placed before 10 am on weekdays will be processed and shipped on the same day.

Orders placed after 10 am will be processed and shipped on the following business day. Following processing, your products are estimated to arrive within 3-8 business days.

For orders placed outside of the Mainland USA (e.g. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Armed Force bases), please allow an additional 3-5 days for delivery.

*Please note that shipments are not processed or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Delays:

During major holidays or in extreme weather conditions, shipments may experience a delay. Please don’t hesitate to reach out, but note that your shipment may take a little longer to arrive at your door.

We are committed to making sure you get your order, or your money back, and will do whatever we can to ensure a positive experience. However, as these issues are outside of our control, we ask for your patience and understanding as we work to get you your order.

Missing Shipments:

Sometimes carriers neglect to scan in packages at pick-up, or somewhere along the way. That means that your order may still be on its way to you, though it appears to be sitting still.

If your order’s tracking has not been updated in 8 days or more, it is now considered Lost in Transit; we can file a claim with the carrier and get you a replacement or a refund.

Should you have concerns about a missing shipment in transit, please contact our Customer Experience Team for assistance.

Delivered, not received:

If your tracking shows that your order has been delivered, but you haven’t received it, we want to help. Here are some things you can do:

  1. Wait 2 days. Sometimes carriers mark a package delivered before dropping it off, and it shows up at your doorstep within 48 hours.
  2. Check in obscure or hidden spots, and at the neighbors’ doorsteps. If you’re in an apartment building, check the mailroom or ask your caretaker.
  3. Reach out to the carrier. They may have someone who travels that route regularly and they might know what happened.

If these three steps don’t yield a result, please reach out to our Customer Experience team with your order number and your correct shipping address, and we will make sure you get a replacement as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Refunds will be made back to the payment method that was used at the time of purchase. If you no longer have access to the payment method, you will need to contact your bank to have the funds transferred to your account.  

Purchases on other Platforms

If you purchased your Dr Killigan’s product through another site, such as Amazon or Walmart, we are happy to assist you with any questions about the product and it’s use, best practice, and other related queries.

However, for concerns about shipping and tracking, damaged or defective items, or returns and exchanges, please contact the platform or site where you made the purchase, as they will be able to assist you.

Please remember that our 100% satisfaction guarantee still applies, so if you are unhappy with your resolution please contact us and we will assist you with a solution.
