Is the membership fee a recurring charge?
Yes, members pay every quarter for access to the membership program. There are no termination fees or hidden costs. Your membership will automatically be renewed. However, in compliance with state laws you will receive an email 30 days prior to renewal to give you the opportunity to cancel your membership.
How can I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership from your member portal at any time. Please note that upon cancellation, you will lose access to all membership benefits once the membership period has ended. We do not provide refunds or credits.

Will the benefits or pricing ever change?
The core benefits and pricing of the program will not change during your active annual membership. While benefits or pricing may change for new or renewed memberships, we will notify you in advance about any upcoming change to benefits or pricing.
Do I earn store credit on all purchases?
You earn store credit on all purchases on DrKilligans.com. Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash or gift cards.
Please note that when you use your store credit, you will not earn store credit on that portion of the purchase. So if your order is $100, you use $40 in store credit and pay for the remainder, you will not earn store credit for the $60 purchase.
Can I apply a discount code to my membership purchase?

No, free shipping and store credit cannot be applied to the order where membership is purchased. When you purchase the membership, exclude any other products from this order. After you have purchased the membership, you will have access to free shipping and store credit, and can use these benefits on any second purchase.
